We work hard for customer satisfaction.  Our raw fleeces are prepared with the handspinner or crafter in mind at all stages of production.

1. Our sheep have been selected for our flock based, in part, upon their fleece quality.
   
2. Unless otherwise noted, all sheep are jacketed to produce the cleanest fleece possible.
   
3. We ensure the sheep are carefully sheared to ensure maximum usable fleece while minimizing second cuts.
   
4. Fleeces are generously and carefully skirted; I spend over one hour with each fleece.
   
5. A micron count is obtained for all sheep following their first shearing.

In short: we do everything in our power to ensure you will be happy with the quality of fleece you receive.  We stand behind our fleeces.  If you are not completely satisfied with the fleece you receive, we will refund the money you paid for the fleece upon its return to us within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
